This is my absolute favorite way to drink a protein shake. So many of the pre-flavored protein powders just have a nasty after-taste so I prefer to buy plain vanilla protein powder and make up my own recipes.
To Make this shake just blend together:
- 1 cup ice
- 8 oz water
- 1 scoup Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 Tbsp. Peanut Butter
- 1 Tbsp. Butterscotch pudding mix (use sugar free to reduce calories)
