Crock Pot Hawaiian Chicken
- 4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts (we also love boneless skinless thighs in this recipe!)
- 1 Can Pineapple Chunks with Juice
- 1/2 Cup Soy Sauce
Place your chicken breasts in the bottom of your crock pot. Dump the pineapple and soy sauce on low. Cook approximately 6 hours – or until chicken is done.
Serve over rice!
MAKE IT YOUR OWN:
We like to add vegetables to this as well. Our favorite is to add a small bag of baby carrots to the pot with the rest of the ingredients, but you could try a variety of vegetables or use your favorite!
