I love the idea of having a Harry Potter party – it’s a great theme that doesn’t need to be reserved for birthdays! A Harry Potter party is the perfect theme for a fun back to school party or halloween party, too.
The Harry Potter books and movies are full of so many creative and fun things that it makes putting together a Harry Potter party so easy – everything from the food to the decorations can be full of witchcraft and wizardry!
Start your party off right with the perfect invitation. Print out a Hogwarts letter for each of your guests and deliver them with a white owl balloon.
When your guests arrive make sure your home has been completely transformed to include Platform 9 3/4 and Hogwarts!
Decorate the ceiling to look like your own great hall with DIY floating candles and make sure your guests all have their own Harry Potter Wand!
And of course, no Harry Potter party is complete without serving up a tasty treat like Butter Beer!
