When we’re going to be in the car for a long period of time, snacks are certainly something we cannot leave home without. I try to choose fun, healthy snacks that will keep them going (or quiet) while we’re in the car. Now you notice, I say “Healthy”. I am not a fan of being cooped up in a car for 6 hours (or on a plane when traveling that way) with children that are hopped up on High Fructose Corn Syrup and Preservatives. Instead I have found a variety of healthy(er) options that are still fun for the kids.
