There are two things my son has loved pretty much since birth, LEGO and Batman, so with the new LEGO Batman Movie release he was just a little bit excited. Ok, he was a lot excited!
Of course if your birthday falls right around the time that a new totally awesome movie is release with your favorite characters ever what do you do? Well you plan a LEGO Batman party of course!
I have to admit though, putting together pinterest perfect birthday parties can be exhausting, and expensive. When you have four kids to plan parties four you could spend the entire year just working on birthday parties! ha!
I prefer to come up with easy and affordable ways to throw creative parties without all the fuss and being able to purchase all of my supplies in one convenient location is a must! Creativity doesn’t always have to be difficult and a few special touches can really WOW your guests.

LEGO Batman Party Ideas
I headed to my local Walmart to check out the party supplies. I was so excited to find LEGO brick themed decorations and supplies, LEGO Batman themed decorations and supplies, and plenty of solid yellow and black plates, napkins, silverware, and table cloths to finish off the table settings. All of which were very affordable.
I had a few creative ideas up my sleeve so next I made a stop two aisles up with the office supplies to find some heavy weight yellow and black paper, tape, and glue sticks.
I also grabbed yellow and black balloons, some streamers and some gum balls before heading over to the grocery department. To finish off my easy snacks I needed Lemonade and popcorn. They also had plenty of options to order a special cake to go with the theme!

Bat Signal Popcorn
Batman just wouldn’t be able to do his duties without the Bat Signal! To make these easy party snacks I simple folded a sheet of black heavy weight paper into a cone, secured with a piece of clear tape at the bottom and filled them with popcorn! Shine your Bat Signal bright.
LEGO Silverware Holder
Another simple way to spruce up your table setting is with LEGO silverware holders. I pulled out a box of my sons LEGO bricks that we already had and shaped them into an open topped square. So simple!
Gotham City Balloon Pillar
Balloon Pillars are a staple for birthday party decorations around here. They are surprisingly easy to make and will only cost you a few dollars. Gives the room so big time wow with a little bit of effort.
