Old Fashioned Oatmeal Cookies
Ingredients
- 2 Cups Quick Oats
- 2 Egg Whites
- 1 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Melted Butter
- 1 Tbs Cinnamon
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- Pour Oats, Egg Whites, Brown Sugar & Melted Butter into a mixing bowl.
- Mix Well.
- Scoop 1 Tsp sized balls onto a non-stick baking sheet or line a baking sheet with a piece of parchment paper. Flatter each ball with a spoon.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Serve & enjoy!
