Fall is officially here I am so excited because not only does that mean cozy sweaters and changing leaves bu it also means I get to start using one of my favorite ingredients ever, pumpkin purée, for fall baking. I use this ingredient in so many delicious fall treats like these amazing pumpkin homemade pop tarts!
Pumpkin purée is a must for all of your fault baking needs. You can usually find it int he baking isle near the pie fillings. This time of year it is usually set out with the Thanksgiving displays as well.
We of course, use the pumpkin purée in your traditional pumpkin pie but there are so many pumpkin spice recipes that you can use it for as well. It is so versatile I use pumpkin purée to make my famous two ingredient pumpkin muffins that the kids just love. I also use it when making my crockpot pumpkin spice latte that is a hit all my fall gatherings.
Now, back to the pumpkin recipe that brought you here today. Today I’m going to show you how to make this super easy breakfast pastry!
