Shamrock Shake Recipe
This shamrock shake recipe is so easy to make, you’ll wonder why you haven’t made it before!! This recipe will serve two people so adjust your ingredients accordingly if planning to make them for a party or the whole family.
Ingredients:
- 8 scoops vanilla ice cream
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 4 drops green food coloring
- 1/2 tsp. mint extract
- Whipped Cream
- Green Sprinkles
*You CAN always add a bit more food coloring or mint extract if you prefer*
Directions:
Add your ice cream, milk, food coloring, and mint extract to a blender. Blend on high for 30-60 seconds until well combined. Pour into two glasses and top with whipped cream and sprinkles!

A great variation on the Shamrock Shake is to do a mint chocolate shake! Swirl a little chocolate syrup into the bottom of your glass before you pour your milkshake. Top with whipped cream and chocolate sprinkles!
