Since it is pumpkin season, I wanted to share with you a simple recipe for pumpkin spice muffins that is quick to make and will have your house smelling SO good.
Yes, this pumpkin spice recipe takes just two ingredients. For another twist – this is can also be an Air Fryer recipe!
I made these two ingredient pumpkin spice muffins earlier this week and they we gone by the end of the day! Definitely a fall recipe favorite in our house.
Now, these aren’t the fanciest or the “from scratch” version of Pumpkin Muffins but if you’re looking for a quick fall treat, then you’ve GOT to try them.

Below you will find our quick and easy recipe for Two Ingredient Pumpkin Spice Muffins. These are a great easy recipe for cooking with the kids and they taste just as yummy as some of the more involved recipes.
You can make these pumpkin spice muffins in a traditional oven or, if you are obsessed with your Air Fryer, they make a great air fryer recipe too!
Two Ingredient Pumpkin Spice Muffins
Seriously, I’m not kidding – all you need to make these muffins is TWO ingredients!
Ingredients:
- 1 box spice cake mix
- 1 15 oz can pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie mix, just pumpkin)
Stir ingredients together in a large bowl. Divide batter into 12 muffin cups and bake at 350* for approximately 18 minutes, or until done. Simple as that!
To make the air fryer recipe, Place in air fryer for 15 minutes at 370 degrees.
Serve and Enjoy!
This is also a great kid made recipe. Aside from using the oven, the kids could make these muffins completely on their own.
