I’m a day late posting my weekly dinner menu but hopefully not a dollar short!
My mama was in town visiting this weekend for my birthday so I just did not get around to planning out our dinner menu for the week. The kids are all at school now that it’s Monday morning and the baby is napping so I’ve had time to sit down and take a look at our plans for the week and lay out our dinner menu.
Top on the dinner list this week is going to be Biscuits and Gravy – it is not at all healthy for you, but it is my son’s favorite meal ever and since I made the most delicious buttermilk pie for our Sunday dessert I have leftover buttermilk to use for the biscuits.
The rest of the week is much of the same – a few crock pot or one pot meals for the busy weeknights and a big Sunday Supper! Hope you enjoy!
Oh, and a side note, if you haven’t been following for long; we are a family of 6 with two children that are athletes and a big daddy Marine – they eat a lot so I make LARGE dinners. If there are only 2-4 of you in the family you can likely get away with cutting most recipes in half, saving half for another dinner, or keeping the leftovers for lunch the following day.

I use an old family recipe for our buttermilk Angel biscuits but this one is pretty close to it. Then serve with a southern style gravy and either sausage or bacon.
Tuesday: Crock Pot Thai Chicken Curry
Wednesday: One Pot Zuchinni Mushroom Pasta
Thursday: Crock Pot French Dip Sandwhich
Friday: Swedish Meatballs
Saturday: Crock Pot Cranberry Chicken
Sunday: Sheet Pan Lemon Chicken
