Yogurt is one of our favorite wholesome snacking options around here. We don’t just eat it for breakfast but keep it on hand for a great snack or dessert treat. Usually wen you think of eating yogurt you probably buy a large carton or individual cups, open them up, sit down, and eat them with a spoon. But what if you’re on the go or want to pack yogurt in your child’s lunch? You CAN do that too, with these easy yogurt snack hacks!
DRINK IT!
Take a regular Yoplait® individual cup, make a small hole in the foil wrapper, and stick a straw in it. Perfect for when you’re on the go or for keeping your toddler from spilling.
POP IT!
Make a frozen yogurt pop out of your individual Yoplait® cups. Cut a small slit in the top of your cup, add a popsicle stick and freeze for 24 hrs. When you are wanting a delicious frozen treat, pull them out and remove the cup from the bottom. Enjoy!
FREEZE IT!
Gogurt® squeezable yogurt is perfect for freezing. Place a frozen Gogurt tube in your child’s lunch and it will defrost slowly throughout the morning. By the time lunch arrives it will be perfect for eating. OR grab a frozen tube and eat it for a cold snack on a hot day. The frozen tubes make great after school snacks when you’re on your way to sports practice.
