Blueberry Homemade Pop Tart Breakfast Pastry
These are actually semi-homemade because we are using pre-made pie crust – making this a great kid-made recipe too! Any time I can get the kids in the kitchen we always have a great time.
- Pre-Made Pie Crust
- Blueberry Jelly/Jam
- Vanilla Icing
- 1 Egg
Roll out the pie crust and cut out 3 inch rectangles.
Place a teaspoon of blueberry jelly in the center of half of the rectangles.
Place a rectangle on top of the blueberry rectangles & press edges together with a fork.
Egg wash each rectangle.
